A Technician record
I taught the free class before I sold anything.
Before First Factor sold anything, it taught a free class: "Practical AI for Small Business Owners." No pitch deck theatrics. Just what these tools actually do, what they cost, and where they're a waste of money. The businesses in that class kept asking the same follow-up: "Fine, but what would this look like in MY shop?" The assessment is the answer to that question, done properly: two calls with me and a plan you keep.
B The straight version
No mystery about who you're dealing with
- Company
- First Factor LLC, a Florida limited-liability company.
- Who does the work
- Me. Every call, every plan, every build. If that changes, this page will change.
- Works from
- Jerusalem, Israel, on US hours. Calls book in your time zone, and evenings are available. Being remote and solo is why this costs $1,000 flat instead of an agency retainer.
- Works with
- US home-service businesses: plumbers, HVAC, electricians first, because that's where the missed-call math is most brutal.
C Technician's notes
What I believe about AI and your business
Most shops don't need an AI overhaul. They need the phone answered and the estimates chased.
The right tool is sometimes $49 a month off the shelf. Anyone who never says that is selling, not advising.
Every claim gets a number or it doesn't get said. That goes for this website too.
