A Routing slip
How it works
Five steps. A price at every step. An exit ramp at every step.
- $0
Free 15-minute call
You tell me what's leaking: missed calls, unsold estimates, invoices nobody pays. I tell you whether the assessment is worth your money. If it isn't, I'll say so on that call and point you at something cheaper. That's the point of the 15 minutes being free. Exit ramp: hang up, keep the advice.
- Incl. in $1,000
The assessment call
A 45-minute personal working session with me. Not a canned pitch: 27 specific questions about your call flow, scheduling, quoting, follow-up, and books. You'll know within the first ten minutes this isn't a script.
- Included
The written plan, yours to keep
Within 10 business days: every opportunity found, in dollars and hours; buy vs. build, with named tools with monthly prices next to my quote; what to skip; and a go/no-go verdict. If the verdict is "no-go," the plan says so and we're done. No follow-up sequence, no pressure calls.
- Included
The walkthrough call, no timer
We get back on the phone and go through the plan page by page. This call has no timer. It ends when you're comfortable, not when a calendar says so. You'll finish knowing exactly what to do, whether or not I'm the one who does it.
- Fixed quote, in writing
Implementation, only if the plan justifies it
If the numbers work, I build it: fixed scope, fixed price, in writing before anything starts. If the plan says a $49/month tool does the job, you buy it from them, not me. Exit ramp: take the plan to anyone else and have them build it. It's written so they can.
B Examples, not case studies
The kind of things that get built
Missed-call text-back
Phone rings out → customer gets a text in 30 seconds → job stays yours.
After-hours answering
41% of home-service calls go unanswered on weekends, versus 18% on weekdays. (Source: ServiceTitan webinar, 2023.) Calls get answered and booked with human-transfer rules you set.
Estimate follow-up
The estimates nobody chased. Usually the biggest pile of money already sitting on your table.
The comparison isn't AI vs. your CSR. It's AI vs. the voicemail nobody leaves a message on. 53% of homeowners are comfortable with AI handling a first inquiry (Source: Housecall Pro survey of 1,040 homeowners). And every system I build transfers to a human the moment it should.
C Terms of service, short version
What you'll never get from me
- Every account gets opened in your name, on your card, with your email. I never hold a login you don't.
- Plans count calls answered, jobs booked, hours saved. If you can't explain a page of it to your spouse, I rewrite it.
- Per-project pricing in writing before work starts. The day the project ends, so does what you owe me.
- Before/after numbers on everything. If it isn't working, the numbers will say so and so will I.
